Plan your arrival time accordingly so you do not have to land at a satellite airport waiting for KLAL to re-open. The Airport is closed daily during airshows and at night according to the schedule below.
Note: if you plan to land at Plant City airport (PCM) before proceeding to Sun N Fun, there are special procedures for PCM due to the high level of traffic expected during the event.
AIRPORT CLOSURES
The airport is CLOSED during aerobatic demonstrations and nightly from 1930-0600 EDT (2330-1000 UTC) April 8 through April 16 except for Paradise City.
Paradise City is CLOSED during aerobatic demonstrations and nightly from SUNSET – SUNRISE April 8 through April 16
